Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Civora mobile application and website (civoratechnology.in), operated by Civora Technologies (“Civora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using Civora in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Civora.
- By using Civora you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are below 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
- Use of Civora is intended for individuals preparing for Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) examinations and related academic content.
3. Account Registration and Security
- OTP-based login: Civora uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
- Single-device policy: For security, only one active device session is permitted per account at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically invalidate your previous session.
- Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at civorakpsc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- No account sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Civora offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (“Pro” and “Pro+”) unlock additional features including unlimited practice exams, detailed analytics, and leaderboard access.
Current pricing and plan details are displayed in the app on the subscription screen. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change; you will be notified at least 15 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
A limited free trial (practice exam) may be available to new users before subscribing. Trial access does not require payment and may be offered at our discretion.
5. AutoPay and Recurring Billing
- All paid plans operate as recurring AutoPay subscriptions processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Civora and Razorpay to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the end of each billing cycle.
- Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Access to Pro features may be suspended immediately if a payment fails.
- Razorpay processes all payments; Civora does not store your full payment card or bank details. Razorpay’s terms apply to payment processing: razorpay.com/terms.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your AutoPay subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us at civorakpsc@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future automatic charges. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
For full cancellation procedures and timelines, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content within Civora — including exam questions, study materials, syllabuses, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Civora Technologies or its licensors, protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the app solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from Civora without our prior written consent.
- Exam questions sourced from publicly available Kerala PSC materials remain the property of the Kerala Public Service Commission. Our presentation, curation, and supplementary explanations are proprietary to Civora.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Civora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the app will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) exam content is exhaustive or guarantees exam success; (c) errors or defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Civora Technologies, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Civora Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: (a) your use of the app; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Account Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting civorakpsc@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Active subscriptions may be cancelled without refund in cases of serious violation.
- Upon termination, your right to access Civora ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via an in-app notification. The updated Terms will be posted at civoratechnology.in/legal/terms/.
Continued use of Civora after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
17. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at civorakpsc@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of written notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Ernakulam, Kerala, conducted in English.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Civora.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
